Draupadi did not marry Karna since Krishna wanted her to marry Arjun. During the swayamvar when Karna came forward on his turn, Krishna made a gesture, hinting Draupadi to refuse. Draupadi then said she will not marry a person from lower caste. In some books its mentioned that Draupadi was a proud woman and thus refused however, thats not true. Main reason is that it was Krishna's suggestion.
