DRC is known as the gigantic zoo of the world because naturally there are many dense forests and is covered with tropical evergreen forests 70% to 80% of the land is covered by dense forests. It is also called as "The Land of The Dense Forests". And because of the dense trees they form a canopy and sun light can not penetrate so it becomes dark and dim even in day time
