why duck thinks that Kangaroo is more lucky than him

Because it has jumpy legs to see the world

The duck thinks that the kangaroo is more lucky than him because the kangaroo can hop without getting tired and hence travel a considered distance by hopping whereas duck can't do so. The duck feels bored the whole day and wishes to hop like the kangaroo.
