During ploughing the land is pressed lightly and not tightly as:
a) the soil will get loosely packed so that proper aeration can occur.
b) seeds and other nutrients when sprayed can reach a reach a bit underneath, or else birds will eat up
c) microbes will be able to survive properly in loosely packed soil, rather than tightly packed.

Hello!!!!!
---------------------
Land ploughed is pressed very lightly to set the seeds down firmly in in the ground.
If the land is pressed hard then the seed will encounter a lot of pressure and not be able to germinate properly as the delicate shoot will not be able to break its way out of the hard ground
The ground is tilled before farming to loosen up the soil and seeds are scattered on it the places where the seeds are scattered is pressed and watered immediately and sprayed with pesticides to keep insects away.
