Why earth is sphere in shape but why roads are straight?

Yes, earth is spherical but it's veeeeery large and, as we are veeery small compared to earth and we are on surface of the earth, we can't feel the curve and thus we feel that the earth is flat

Earth is sphere in shape because it is created in the own way ..I don’t have answer for it but roads are straight because......
Compared to earth the place we live us very small and it does not evolve around the same shape and it seems like it is inside it for ex:country being inside the earth ..for ex: if u have gone in an aeroplane u must have noticed that the land is a flat region thus roads are to be straight only!! So Simple.,
