Why earth rotate on its axis? why it rotate from West to east?
Why it's axis is smaller than mars why can't it change its path?
Why earth distance from sun remain same why didn't it get towards the sun?
I think these are foolish quesitions because nobody answer them when I ask =_=

Answer:

Earth rotates on its axis from west to east, the Moon and the Sun (and all other celestial objects) appear to move from east to west across the sky. ... And that's because Earth spins toward the east. Because of the Earth's magnetic field, it rotates from west to east.
