earthworm - the worm found in soil which eats soil and excrete wastes which provides a lot of fertility to the soil .

so ,, mainly it comes in the rainy season or during the sowing of rice ( paddy ) crops season.

whenever the water quantity increases in the land of the farm it comes automatically so ,, when earthworm eats the soil it excretes the wastes which contains minerals like which are present in manure .

this waste provides fertility to the soil and provides farmer less use of fertiliser and decrease their expenses on buying fertilisers and manure from the farmers.

it yields more crops and helps in increasing the crop production . so that's why we can say that earthworm Is a friend of farmers !!
