because mir jafar declared war against the east India company so company did not want more movements against its system so it did not want any puppet nawab

Salonihirani: As the East India company was very greedy, they were not satisfied with the grants and concessions given by puppet nawabs they want more and more revenue’s so they decided not to had any puppet Nawab after the death of Mirjafar
