Why educational qualification is not a criteria for contesting election?

1.For a politician to serve the people of the country or any region, it is not mandatory to have qualification considering the fact that politician are compelled to participate in policy making.

2.A politician specially those who participates in democratic process, shall be complied to be a representative of the people. This can’t be satisfied merely based on qualification.

3.It is not a corollary that peoples who are qualified have a broader mind to serve people and are honest with good ethical values. There are ample examples where less qualified peoples have sacrificed more for the country and its peoples
