current is not a vector quantity,it is a scalar quantity,although it has both magnitude & direction...The reason behind is it, doesn't obey, the law of vector algebra"ie,the angle betwn the wires carrying the current, does not affect the total current in the circuit.....it And also it does not obey, the traingle law of addition..
And 4 a quantity to be a conductor, it have to obey 2 conditions....
