hollow spherical body configured charge in outer surface , hence internal part no charge .if no charge, no electric field intensity .
e.g. E.A=q/€
where E is electric field intensity , A is csa q is net charge inside guassian surface , and € is permitivty of medium .
q=0
hence,
EA=0
hence
E=0
so, inside hollow spherical body electric field intensity is zero.
