Electrical wires coated through PVC give assurance that the electrons flowing through the charged conductors will not flow through your body when the touched upon the bare conductor.

Electric wires are made up of Copper or coated aluminium or aluminium and these metals are good conductor of electricity and PVC ( Polyvinyl chloride ) and it act as an insulator in other words you can say its a bad conductor of electricity if these wires (Phase ) left open/bare it may touch another wire (neutral ) or earth wire then short circuit may occur and if it touches the ground it may electrocute anybody who touches the bare conductor.

apart from this PVC is used because of its flexibility and ability to easily bend at corners . It possess great property to dissipate heat.

PVC play important role of insulating the conductor used in Electrical systems. Without PVC, Phase and neutral / three phase and neutral conductors cannot be run in the same conductor .

Scientific studies reveals that a current of 10 mA or 0.01 A provides a severe shock, as we approach 100 mA or 0.1 A, muscular contractions begin. It is imperative to realize that because of the heart’s low resistance, a current of magnitude as small as 10 mA through it is enough to kill us.
