If we want to find out the true cause of the phenomenon, we must understand and know how matter arises and how energy comes from matter.
In short: matter arises from ether under high vibrations, when strings are formed and in their cross sections (three spatial directions), matter is formed in the form of quarks, electrons and positrons. There are two states of matter here: "solid state": quarks and a pair of electron, positron. And "liquid state": gluon formed by annihilation of electron positron. These two states have a "family relationship" with ether as a residual unbalanced state: "solid state" -eter causes gravity, and "fluid state" -there causes magnetism.
Everything in relation to the ether, in which everything is "submerged", has a way of moving, from vibrations to the paths and spins. Everything must be moving according to the prescribed laws. In the universe there are two singularities: zero and infinity. That part of matter and energy do not go to the value of "zero", the smallest "portion" of that amount is determined, and this is quantum. So quantitation is the avoidance of a decline in singularity (to zero), a critical size can occur in mass and gravity, and this returns the mass back into the form of ether from which the mass is formed (black holes). Each subatomic cone is made up of quark or gluon, and from gluon energy is generated. What is Energy? This is the effect of ether on any kind of motion (spin, vibration, wave, or larger massive objects: kinetic, potential, heat, particle energy, etc.).
For example: photon
It is a "condensate" produced by the "evaporation" of the gluon, when the positron is emitted by the positron around which the electron rotates, but due to the connection with ether, both electron and positron radiate electromagnetic energy in the form of a wave, as the electron circles the positron along the sinusoidal radius. In this way, heat energy, like vi radiation in the transformation of matter into plasma (neutrons in which gluons are located) is achieved, which is achieved by high vibrations, increased velocity or increased magnetic field (again, gluons and ether).
To associate other phenomena with this view, there is a lot of space and the rejection of illogical theories, such as Anthony's theories of relativity, or Lorenz's transformation.

All objects with a temperature above absolute zero (0 K, -273.15 oC) emit energy in the form of electromagnetic radiation. A blackbody is a theoretical or model body which absorbs all radiation falling on it, reflecting or transmitting none.
