why Electron Affinity of oxygen is min than other elements of the group 6​

It is applicable to all p-block element groups. Hence, oxygen has lesser electron affinity than that of sulphur and however in a group, it decreases from top to bottom as size increases.

it's simple that the group 6 element has 1 less proton in the nucleus than it's next door neighbour in group 7. The amount of screening is the same in both. That means that the net pull from the nucleus is less in group 6 than in group 7,and so the electron affinities are less.
