Using neutron in cyclotron is no use. Cyclotron is device used to accelerate charged particles. Cyclotron works on the principle that a charged particle moving normal to a magnetic field experiences magnetic lorentz force due to which the particle moves in a circular path and hence accelerates it.

Ya..intrested one
...its due to class of electron
According to einstine....subatomic particle like electron followers this equation
M=Mo/√{1-(v^2/c^2}
Here u obsereve...in cyclotron as radius increases speed of it tends towards speed of light
And its mass get increases ......and at last became undefined infinity
