a element is said to be elecropositive when it can easily lose electrons. ..and from going top to bottom in a group the tendency to lose electrons increases. .therefore at the bottom caesium is the element which loses electrons very easily. ..therefore it is the most elecropositive element and elecropositivity increases down the group.
