⭐⭐<==================>⭐⭐
✯ᴇɴᴅᴏᴄʏᴛᴏsɪs is a process by which animals take food and other substance from external medium by plasma membrane. this is only possible in animals where plasma membrane is the outermost cell covering end is in direct contact with external medium.
plant cells have rigid cell wall as the outermost covering. therefore, the plasma membrane of plant cell cannot perform ᴇɴᴅᴏᴄʏᴛᴏsɪs.

Howdy, buddy!
★Endocytosis means the process by which the plasma membrane of a cell folds inwards to ingest the material.
★Endocytosis usually occurs in animal cells but not as in plants cells as the cell membrane in the plant cell is surrounded by a rigid cell wall.
★ Cell wall creates a barrier in the invagination of the plasma membrane which forms the transport vesicles for the substances in the cytoplasm of the cell.
glad to help uh!
