yes energy is transferred from one body to another body ! it also not be created nor be destroyed

welll energy is not in the form of a particle or something you can create or destroy... it's just a form that can exist in other ways.. just like using the famous Einsteins equation E= mc.sq. so energy is just convertible from mass to energy.. ones the universe was formed all of the energy is that what is present it can only be just transformed.
