hey thanks for asking this question English is necessary for everyone.
as it is used on global network ,in communication it has great role, every people is running about English but Bihar government thinks that Hindi is the best language as Bihar is as the stage of developing ,here the peoples are very poir, suffer from unemployment and there are so many bad things,,and English can be learn at only those place where standard of living is high,environment will be good and so on but Bihar is gradually changing and I hope once day they will give importance as other state giving but you should proud that in Bihar at least hindi language getting its importance and in actually our mother tounge is Hindi so we should speak hind.
we should use English but at that place where we have to convey our message to other or in study
