The enthalpy change for reversible adiabatic process is zero because as it is a reversible reaction first it will lose/gain energy for the reaction to take place. But after the formation of the new product again it will form its reactant by gain/lose of energy [if it gains first it will lose next or if it lose first then it will gain energy next]. Therefore the net energy will be zero[i.e energy lose/gain to  form product is equal to the energy losed/gained to form the reactant.
