Why epistaxis occur in excessive use of analgesics?

Hy,
Analgesics doesn't cause epistaxis, it does causes peptic ulcers. Actually, the mechanism of action of Analgesics itself includes that analgesics block the COX-1 and COX-2 inhibitors. Due to their blockage, PGE2 inhibitors act and stop secretion of PGE due to which peptic ulcers are formed in stomach.
