Why ethanol does not react with NAOH , KOH and many other bases?????

general alcohol not react with NaOh

I can give a reaction by which you can understand every acid base reaction goes to formation of higher acid to lower acid and higher base to lower base because lower acid and base are more stable

Now in simple reaction

C2H5Oh+NaOh ——→>>>C2H5ONa+H2O

Now in this reaction if reaction happen sodium alkoxide and water form but we know that water is more acidic than alcohol and sodium alkoxide more basic than NaOh so this reaction can not be happen so alcohol not react with NaOh
