Answer:

Explanation:

Everyone is ready for the big day, stretching by the rink, everyone except Arabelle and Sovereign. They're both sitting in Suzy's office, sharing their happy news. After a few minutes, the three girls walk into the rink and announced the big news. Because of her condition, Arabelle will not be able to compete in the Backyard Texas Brawl....looks like they'll have to postpone the game. Gia doesn't agree, demanding Allison find another team since she can't compete now--It was the deal. But Elsa finally stands up for herself, and for Allison, taking Arabelle's spot to everyone's shock. They're ready for a final showdown between the two jammers. Who will take the star jammer spot? Who will have to leave the team? So many questions and only one way to know...

Eukaryotic DNA is condensed & supercoiled for the following reasons:

  • In eukaryotic cells, chromatin is made up of all the DNA found in the nucleus and the histone proteins that are connected to it. Chromatin makes up eukaryotic chromosomes, and each one is made up of two complementary strands of DNA that are tightly wrapped around histones.
  • The DNA of bacteria and eukaryotes is typically negatively supercoiled; locally, it can either be interwound plectonemic (right-handed) or toroidal (left-handed).
  • Packaging this genetic material into the cell or nucleus (in eukaryotes) is a challenging task because DNA can be thousands of times longer than a cell. DNA can be packaged since supercoiling takes up less room.
  • Genetic material in eukaryotes is contained in the nucleus and neatly condensed into linear chromosomes. The DNA-protein combination known as chromatin, which is divided into nucleosome-sized subunits, is what makes up chromosomes.
