When evaporation occurs it's absorb all the heat from the surrounding and hence. Evaporation causes cooling. some examples are as follows:

1)When tea is poured into a saucer when it is very hot it is exposed to a large area and causes evaporation n the tea becomes cool.

2)
in summer Seasons the water gets cool in the earthen pot because it has find ports in it through which water seeps out gets evaporated .
3).
when we sweat and sit under a fanwe feel cool .
4)
doctors advise patients with fever to keep effect on their fore head .
5)
a wet kush kush screen hang at the door of the room keeps room cool.

Evaporation gain heat from the surrounding as a result there is a loss of heat in the surrounding the cooling process start and the surface become cool. This is the reason why evaporation produce cooling.
  • Sweating , drying of wet clothes.
