Excessive application of manure doesn't cause any pollution as it is made up of organic matter like leaves, vegetable peels, animal dung, etc. which easily decomposes.
On the other hand, fertilizers are made of chemicals which pollute the soil.
Hope this helps you my friend.

Excess application of manure does not cause pollution because of the fact they are made of organic matters and organic matters doesn't cause any type of pollution. On the other hand excess of fertiliser causes pollution because it is chemical made and excess of it are harmful for the environment. Hence it is said excess application of manure does not cause pollution.
