why everyone are interested mainly in engineering. inspite of having multiple carrier options?

Our society thinks that medical and engineering lines are the best . They do not support either things and other career options . They still do not understand their child's need , they want their children to get settle somewhere with a good career . For them other things like dance , music , choreography , n other jobs are not important . They want that people should see that their child has gone in a good stream . Till now some parent do not allow their child to take commerce and arts . But they should understand the need of the hour and act accordingly .
