why everyone say that girls should be silent and well disciplined not boys?

Actually this type of foolish dialogues were used by older generation persons , today also in some places some people do the same , actually the reason is according to the particular persons is that girls are lower than boys and thus they should be silent and they should not raise their voices they should listen everything right or wrong from the boys without arguments. This is totally wrong and totally injustice , people should leave this stereotype and start living a democratic life in the democratic country and girls should not remain silent every time if girls are observing something wrong happening around them they should no more remain silent and desciplined. Being disciplined is not bad but at times if someone is thinking that girls only should be disciplined all the time so this wrong and unfair.
