why everytime 10 points are deducted on asking a question where as for others only 5 points. plz tell the reason brainly

Not 10 points are deducted everytime. It's according to our points we give. In that points, as two users answer it each get 50% of it.
For example, you have given 10 points for this question of yours, so we two users who answer it will get 50% of 10 points that is 5 points each.
