why faburary has 28 days...?

coz earth rotates around the sun in 365 days 5 hrs 48 minutes and 46 secounds but there is only 365 days in a year so for managing this time in a year February has only 28 days coz if February has 30 days then there will be 367 days in an year so for manage this one month should be 28 so it is February.
