Why falling rain drops are spherical ???????

hey mate


surface tension makes the surface area of the drop. to minimum and a sphere has the lowest surface area for that amount of water that is why rain drop are spherical

This is because of the force of gravity. When the raindrops fall, they fall under the force of gravity and the thus they acquire the shape of a sphere
