Cell wall is made up of biphosholipid layer and hence lipid or lipid soluble contents are easily absorbed by the epithelial cells of villi and not by blood capillaries. Fat molecules is converted to chylomicron by protein coating with the help of the endoplasmic reticulum and then into the lacteals.
