Why Fluorine shows only one oxidation state not other elements

Fluorine is most electronegative element no any element can take electron from fluorine so fluorine have only one Oxidation State that is -1.

Fluorine is the highest electronegative element as compare to other elements in the periodic table.Due to absence of vacant d-orbital in fluorine it can't excite electron. Hence, fluorine shows only one oxidation state.i.e,-1
