Why foes the emf of a galvanic cell decreases when a current is drawn form it?

an ideal battery doesn't have internal resistance. but practically when a battery starts supplying power to a circuit i.e current is drawn from it, the internal resistance between the two polarity also comes into circuit and draws power resulting in some voltage drop across it.
