Lemon Juice is very acidic in nature, less than gearing but far more than an orange. Due to it's high acidity, it should consumed in limited quantities as it might irritate bowel movements of a person. When food with lemon juice is cooked on fire the chemical reactions which occur in it, makes it even more acidic and unhealthy to eat.
Instead, it's better to cook food over fire without lemon juice and instead using the more PH neutral olive oil which is quite healthy
