why food in alimentry canal made first acedic and then alkaline when most of digetion completed in alkaline medium

In stomach, the food is made acidic by HCl so that pepsin can work on it because pepsin only works in acidic medium... then this food goes to duodenum where bile juice from liver makes the food alkaline so that the enzymes from pancreas can work on it.
