Forest ecosystem is more stable than cropland ecosystem be cause a forestland ecosystem is natural and wider.

  • A cropland ecosystem is man-made where there are no alternatives of organisms. In a forestland ecosystem, there are alternative organisms so if the one organism fails to adapt to the ecosystem, another one can take its place.
  • A cropland ecosystem is usually man made and severe procedures are required for its maintenance. A forestland ecosystem is a more wider one where there are natural tendencies for organisms to adapt to the conditions.
  • A forestland ecosystem is wider with many different species which makes it more stable than the cropland ecosystem.

  • the forest ecosystem is more stable than a cropland ecosystem,

  • in the ecosystem, there is a proper all the required organisms/plants are present.

  • but in cropland, there is no variety are present and nature has a rule that the more the variety more will be stable.

here is an example of a proper ecosystem.

  • Insects/microorganism -----> frog ----> snake > eagle

in crop .

  • insects > crop > which will leads to damage of crops.

that's why ecosystem is more stable than croplands.
