Hello...

1. Assay: Assay is an Analyzing or conducting a chemical Procedure to determine Ingredients or Quality in the given sample material. The Assay is used to determine the Percentage Purity of a given sample.

2. Assay of Ammonium Chloride: The Assay of Ammonium Chloride is a type of acid-base titration.

When Ammonium Chloride reacts with Formaldehyde, HCl is liberated. The liberated HCl can neutralize by using a Standard base like NaOH.

Hope it helped.
