Why fossils only exists in sedimentary rocks not in igneous or metamorphic rocks? ​

ok thats tough but Sedimentary rocks can contain fossils because, unlike most igneous and metamorphic rocks, they form at temperatures and pressures that do not destroy fossil remains.

The reason you only see fossils in sedimentary rock is that these set of rocks are formed in much lower pressure and temperature, compared to other rock types. The pressure and temperature are quit low to the extent that they don’t destroy the remains of dead plants and animals buried in the rock.
