why freshwater can be called as the most precious substance on the earth

Fresh water is called the Precious Substance in the World because of the following reasons :-
- Water is very essential for our household activities and these activities can be done only with fresh water for eg: bathing, washing utensils, washing clothes etc...
- Drinking is an important factor for living ..and we can drink only fresh water...
