FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS ARE DESCRIBED IN THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA SO THAT IF ANY OTHER PRIME MINISTER WANT TO CHANGE THESE HE OR SHE WON'T BE ABLE TO DO THESE AS THESE ARE THE BASIC RIGHTS TO WHICH ALL THE CITIZENS OF INDIA ARE ENTITLED.
