why fundamental rights are included in constitution

Citizens are the strength of a nation...... They should be given some special rights...... thus fundamental rights are provided t OK citizens so that they can practice freedom within some limits.....

These rights are regarded as fundamental because they are most essential for the attainment by the individual of his full intellectual, moral and spiritual status.
