why fundamental rights are justciabe in nature and why directive principles of state policy is non justiciable in nature? ?

because fundamental rights are meant for the people but directive principles of state policy are meant for the welfare of the state or government.

Because fundamental rights are made by government but where as these directive principle are made by people who want to rule so they are non justicable
