heya mate here is ur answer...
1.Gandhiji decided to withdraw non cooperation movement becoz of violence grown out at chaura chauri in gorakhpur.The movement was to be non violence and peaceful.
2.Gandhiji said satyagrahis needed to be properly trained before launching the movement.
3.Because of burning a live of 22 policemen he felt that people need to be trained.
