British implemented Rowlatt Act in 1919 do this act the British started controlling the Nationalist under this act they could I resist any man and declared him has an offender in the court of law this nest away rights of the people to the assemble for a meeting making association and free right of expression of people. this was the reason behind Gandhiji decided to launch Satyagraha against the Rowlatt Act 1919

1916 chmparan movement
1917 kheda movement
1918 ahmedabah movement
he thought to start a nation wide stayagrah and he got this opportunity to bring all people together and so that why he launched satyagrah against the movement
