When temperature is provided to the food then the kinetic energy of particles in ot increases. They move with such a high speed that they becomes successful in overcoming the force of attraction between them. They move to change the shape and when they are able to overcome the force of attraction they get converted in gas particles. That is why gas comes out from hot sizzling food.
