why ghee gets freeze in winter?

Ghee starts freezing at room temperature but oil starts freezing at lower temperature because its melting point is very low. Eg: u may find it difficult to squeeze hair oil from bottle in winter season.

Ghee Freezes in winter Because it is made up of saturated fat molecules and ghee has high melting point and Forces of attraction between the particles.
