This is quite a simple yet detailed question.

You or anyone must have sometime felt that once you go to bed at late hours you feel sleepy and gloomy in the morning.

1) At night our brain and our body needs time to repair itself and it is the main time for digestion of our food as well.

2) Energy from this food is extracted from various parts of the body including the small intestine to be the most contributing part.

3) This energy is then used up by us when we wake up during the day before we eat food.

We are advised by doctors that one must get at least 7-8 hours of sleep everyday to be healthy and fit.

Henceforth we should sleep and time and wake up at time so that our body doesn't get disturbed!
