Conductors

Good conductors are those conductors are called those conductors which are capable of transporting about an ampere of current through them with a small amount of resistance.

Some examples would be : copper(Cu),gold(Au) etc.

And superconductors are those materials which are usually bad conductors in room temperature but when the temperature is decreased to very low, the resistance becomes zero.

Some examples might be : mercury(Hg), silicon(Si), Germanium(Ge) etc.

But the bad conductors are transformed into superconductors when cooled with suitable temperature. That's why good conductors can't be transformed into superconductors.

That's it

Answer:

Superconductivity is a set of physical properties observed in certain materials where electrical resistance vanishes and magnetic flux fields are expelled from the material. Any material exhibiting these properties is a superconductor.
