The Gram Sabha is considered as the real legislature of India because the real problems of the people of a country are conveyed directly to the Gram Sabha by the people. The people's problems are solved in a judicial manner and in presence of all the people from that particular place. Due to this, people gain confidence in the Gram Sabha. As the Gram Sabha knows the problems and suffering of the people and have the trust of the people, it becomes easy for them to make laws. This also helps in the development of the villages and people also can live happily. Thus, Gram Sabha is considered as the real legislature of India.
