Ruminants (animals such as cow, buffalo etc) cannot chew food properly at the time they take it in because these animals eat grass which is rich in cellulose and cannot be digested easily....

Hey mate here you go...
Ruminants do not chew properly at the time of eating because the food that they eat have cellulose and it becomes cud in the stomach.
Now this cud they chew whole day night.
